We have had a fun, busy weekend but I did squeeze in time to make one card.
I pulled out the Sizzix die Friends and dropped it in the pink card stock. It leaves behind this intricate, beautiful die cut with the words "friends" in different fonts and sizes. I put a piece of Pixie card stock behind to help the words show up. I want to add a little more definition so I went over some of the words and flowers with a light pink wink of Stella pen. Finally I added a pearl in the center of the flowers. I decided to keep it simple because I want the words to be the star of the card.
The card looks a little flat in the photo. I had a hard time getting good lighting today. It is lovelier in person I think!
