Hot Air Balloon featuring The Stamps of Life

Hi there!

I have a card to share today featuring a new set from The Stamps of Life:

This stamp set is from a kit that Stephanie Barnard has created for a live online class that will be on May 15th! This is the first time The Stamps of Life has done a class in this format so it is very exciting.

You can get all the details on this kit and upcoming class HERE.

I couldn't wait until the class to start creating cards so I decided to start stamping!

I stamped the large Hot air ballon in a Copic friendly ink and then colored the balloon with my markers.

Next I embossed the large scripture sentiment with Princess Gold powder. I love this scripture and it is perfect with the balloon.

There is a small flower and matching die also included in this kit so I die cut several flowers in warm colors to add to the basket.

The base card is Banana paper also stamped in Banana ink using the matching flower stamp. I die cut the gingham Gingersnap patterned paper using a round edged die from Sizzix Friends Background Set.

I really wanted the sentiment to be the focal point so I left more white space than I sometimes do. I tied on a piece of Gingersnap twine from the previous Stamps of Life Card Kit.

Thanks for stopping by!

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
SSS Wednesday Anything Goes
4CraftyChicks #400 ATG/Less is More
WAW Challenge #332-333 Anything Goes
