Big Hugs featuring The Stamps of Life

Hello and Happy Mother's Day!

Just dropping by to share a card I made for all the mothers out there! They definitely deserve Big hugs:

How I made this card:

Cut and scored an A2 Candy card base.

I trimmed a piece of patterned paper down and added to card stock.

The piece of Candy stock was cut to 1.75 inches wide and stamped all over using Candy Ink.
I chose a trio of small stamps from Sizzix Windows Stamps and Dies set.

A piece of braided twine was tied on the Candy stock and mounted using Adhesive Foam trimmed down.

I created the sentiment by die cutting Seaglass and Banana and gluing down onto the Powdered Sugar shadow base.
TIP **Be sure to add a Sizzix Adhesive Sheet to your paper before cutting the word. Makes it very quick and easy to adhere these letters.

The final touches were to die cut a small Butterfly in Candy card stock and add to a Gingersnap Shadow base. I added two epoxy flowers from a previous Card Kit.

Thanks for stopping by!

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
