Papertrey Ink Make It Monday #280 Stamping Outside the Box

I wanted to share a card I created for PTI Make It Monday # 280 Stamping outside the Box.

Lexi shared a video this week on how to create your stamped image and have it extend outside the box.

I didn't do much stamping for this card but used die cuts from the Make It Mini Sunshine & Rainbows. This was my first time using this kit and it doesn't disappoint!

I used the Fill in the Blank die to create my box for my scene. I highly recommend this die set. It is so versatile.

I cut the frame in Harvest Gold and set it off the page and trimmed the excess. The frame is a really great size but I wanted it a little smaller for this card.

Next, I die cut many of the shapes - a bird, the clouds (the die put in the stitched detail!), the swing, the song notes, the flowers and the Sunshine sentiment.

I laid out everything where I wanted it and started gluing it all down. It turned out so cute - although I really don't think the pictures do it justice. It is very stormy today so there light wasn't great.

Lastly, I did add Clear Wink of Stella on most everything and a few sequins that were also included in the kit.
