Today I put together a card with a blended panel. I did some ink blending over the weekend and this was left over.
I made it using Distress inks and Bristol Vellum paper. I find that this paper helps me blend a little easier instead of just regular white card stock.
I stamped some tulips at the bottom using Garden Green ink and Certainly Celery from Stampin' Up.
The tulips are Candy and Cranberry ink from The Stamps of Life.
Next, I cut the hello word and shadow from white and Candy card stock.
I ended up cutting the two layers with the Sizzix Dotted Rectangle Dies and mounting them at an angle on the Kraft base.
A little Gingersnap twine was tied on before gluing it all down.
After the Hello was added, I colored it with Clear Wink of Stella for a little shimmer.
Thanks for stopping by!
I am entering this card in the SSS Blog Wednesday Challenge: Spring Color Inspiration.
