Wow, where did February go?? I really don't remember time going to fast. It feels like New Year's Day was yesterday.
Today is the Papertrey Ink February Blog Hop.
I love the color palette they chose for this month. It is so rich and bold.
Photo from The Mrs Wedding Box Heirlooms
When I saw the inspiration picture, I knew I wanted to use Make It Mini kit Color Pop Autumn.
I pulled out a piece of the gray card stock that has white images you stencil to complete the card front.
All the colors I chose are from the Tim Holtz distress line because they blend so beautifully.
After stenciling in all the white areas I realized I had gotten a tiny bit of green ink on the paper. I wasn't going to toss this one aside so I had to mask it!!
I die cut a banner in Amethyst Allure and stamped birthday wishes. I strategically placed it over my "oops."
I noticed in the inspiration picture some copper color so I die cut the Bountiful out of my favorite foiled card stock and attached.
I am sure on the hop today I will see LOTS of Ribbon since we all bought during their big pre-sale so I tied a piece on my card, too!
Their ribbon is lovely.
Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
