I was stumped at first as to how I could incorporate some score lines into my project so I began flipping through my Papertreyink stamps. When my eyes fell on Nuts for you Mini stamp set I knew this is what I would use.
You see, we have been battling a squirrel in our attic!!! For the last month or so, he just appeared and I could hear him scurrying around as he proceeded to chew through almost all of our alarm system wires. We hired a professional to get him out and he was gone but returned yesterday. While I was making this card, I saw the squirrel run across the roof!
I started by creating score lines on dark brown paper. I die cut and stamped a squirrel and an acorn. I decided I needed something extra to put the squirrel on so I cut a leaf and stamped it with a woodgrain pattern. Lastly, I die cut a shape using wood paper and stamped the sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!
So cute, Katherine.
